Zora relocating to Hong Kong from Australia (Aug 2023)
Ferndale have helped us twice, both times with puppies flying from Australia to Hong Kong. Both times, they were efficient, responsive, experienced and knowledgeable, which made everything on the import side very easy. Fiona was particularly helpful and kind in ensuring everything went smoothly, and Alan was fantastic too. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate their pets!
