Sandy travelling to the USA (June 2024)
Thank you Ferndale for the relocation services of my dog Sandy. I was very stressed and nervous about Sandy\'s long flight from HK to USA. Ferndale was very patient with me, answering all of my questions about each step of the process in moving my dog abroad. Ricky helped us the day of our flight and I could tell he really cares about the animals. He was very gentle and patient with Sandy when she was anxious and barking nonstop at the airport. Ricky stayed with Sandy until the oversized baggage counter opened, while my family went into the security area for our flight. He sent us pictures of Sandy, reassuring us that she was safe and in good hands. Now, Sandy is happy and healthy in our new home in the USA. Thank you Ferndale!!!
