The only thing I can say that you are very good and you offer great services either way in the kennels when we went away or shipping Balloo, everyhting was sorted in a superb way, Balloo was used to his crate before the journey and everything went very smooth. We only have words if gratitude for your great help there in HK and on the departure day.
