The Ferndale team put my mind at ease from the start. They handled every aspect of the move seamlessly, from arranging the vets, blood collection, all application submissions, export permits, freight booking to transportation to making sure our pets were comfortable and safe druring whole year journey. The communication throughout the process was excellent, especially Christy. She is a very nice and helpful lady. And I felt our pets were in great hands. I am so grateful to Ferndale for making what could have been a very stressful experience a smooth one.
